Villa Update

Here we are again August hot, busy & glad that we're all here to help each other get through this.  Villa recently has brought on a new sales force.  Roger Cowan has been involved in the Landscape Industry for 30 years with his extensive knowledge of plants & people skills we are glad to have him aboard for sales and consulting.  Also Stuart Hardy has become a member of the Villa team.  As Stuart learns this industry & product lines Villa has complete confidence that he will become a great asset to Villa.  Yumi Charlebois has also joined up with Villa for the retail part of this industry as well as the complete line of Villa's products.  Yumi has 20 years of sales knowledge in a wide range of products as well as Commercial & Residential Real Estate.

So now let me share some of the recent projects and products that have been going through our doors and across the states.

Bio barrier has been flying off the shelves going to the San Diego area, but the sad thing is the Irrigation houses are destroying the market on this product.  The San Diego Airport project has used over 6000 lineal feet of 24".  Camp Pendleton has also used several thousand feet of 24" & 39".  project om  Murrieta has been ongoing with over 5000 lineal feet of 24" as well.

The Villa Vacuum Formed Rolls have been used and greatly accepted as the best root barrier in the Industry with over 2,000 feet of 18" x 20' used in Long Beach.  800' of the 18" x 20' roll has been installed at a High School, out in Lancaster another 1400' was used.

The Villa Dual Purpose Panel 1000 pieces of 24"x24" went to the a project in Vista.  Another 2500 pieces of 24"x 24" & 3500 lineal feet of moisture barrier sold to Marina Landscape.  An Indian Reservation had 1500 pieces delivered to Alpine.  Of course these are just a few of the local projects, we had many orders of all materials shipped out of state as well.

Grasspave projects were good in the last month as well Riverview Park took another 2000 square feet, The County Opps Center in San Diego used approximately 5000 square feet, Palos Verdes Peninsula High School used 4000 square feet and the Alvarado Apartment used 14000 square feet, these again are just a few there are many more please view our website and like Villa Root Barrier on Facebook.
