First off thank you all for the continued support you have provided to Villa for the last 20 years.  We are seeing construction on the upswing finally, sales have been great and the trucks are on the road daily with full loads, delivering from Chula Vista to Bakersfield along with outside freight companies and UPS assisting.

Villa has new products lines that will be coming out in the next few months and the prototypes have been well received by architects, engineers and municipalities. We have been able to hold our prices on most materials for now but the resin suppliers along with lumber mills have not been so kind.

 Here are some of the products and jobs that we have be on in the last few months.  There have been over 2000 rolls of 18” x 20’ polyethylene rolls sold on a variety of projects from schools to commercial shopping centers along with many different public works projects.  This product is a polyethylene material with a true 90° rib ¾” raised every 6”, we have set the standard for the market and welcome comparisons from our competition.

Villa Dual Purpose panel a true 24” wide panel in depths from 12” to 10’, with the ability  for fast turnaround for any unique specifications.   The big seller has been the 24” x 24” with over 20,000 pieces of this one product line delivered, with single job quantities of several thousand pieces, to just a few pieces on our website.  Villa has an outstanding rating with Amazon for quality & service.

 As for the grass & gravel pave products manufactured ISI has over 80,000 square feet of grass pave delivered on a wide range of project as well, schools, irrigation distribution houses and home owners.  Villa has been a Distributor for ISI for approximately 10 years with their blessing.  Gravel pave has been specified less recently, but we have the product stocked and ready for shipment.
